John Bodrozic
President/Co-Founder
John Bodrozic is president and co-founder of Meridian Systems. Bodrozic oversees all general management responsibilities for Meridian as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trimble (Nasdaq: TRMB), including product strategy, marketing and sales, customer service and support, as well as finance and operations from Meridian’s corporate office in Folsom, CA. Prior to founding Meridian in 1993, Bodrozic served as a project manager for Intelisyn, a Los Angeles-based project control firm, where he acted as an owner's representative for Kaiser Permanente in negotiating and administering various construction contracts. Prior to Intelisyn, Bodrozic was a project engineer for Turner Construction in Los Angeles, California on a hospital construction project for Kaiser Permanente. Bodrozic began his career as a project management controls systems engineer with Turner, where he worked on projects for a variety of clients, including First Interstate Bank, Union Bank, R&T Development, and Paramount Studios. Bodrozic holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. |
Geene Alhady
Vice President of Sales
Geene Alhady is vice president of sales at Meridian Systems where he oversees corporate sales strategy and resources for both direct and channel sales organizations. Alhady originally joined Meridian in 1998, and during his tenure has held various sales management roles, including the Director of Sales position. Alhady began his career as a Project Manager with McCarthy Building Companies where he managed large construction projects in the healthcare and high technology industries. Alhady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University Chico. |
Kathryn Radley-Timberlake
Vice President of Finance
Kathryn Radley-Timberlake
joined Meridian in 1997 as controller. Prior to joining Meridian,
Radley-Timberlake worked at Oracle Corporation where she was an
accounting manager and at KPMG LLP where she was an audit manager.
As vice president of finance, Radley-Timberlake oversees the financial
operations of the company. Radley-Timberlake holds a Bachelor of
Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa
Barbara and completed her Certified Public Accountant certification
in January 1995. |
Sallie Sutter
Vice President of Client Support and Services
As vice president of client support and services, Sallie Sutter oversees the company's Professional Services, Education, Support and ASP Operations organizations. Sutter brings more than 20 years of experience in customer lifecycle management including customer support, sales operations, professional services, training and quality assurance. Sutter joined Meridian Systems in 2003 and since that time has expand and extended service offerings to include a premier support option, structured and repeatable service programs, eLearning through Meridian University and data center optimization with data synchronization. Prior to joining Meridian, Sutter acquired extensive customer expertise with Agilent Technologies/Objective Systems Integrators (OSI), where she led and managed product generation, and held the position of vice president of technical support and services. Under her leadership, OSI implemented support programs that improved customer satisfaction and reduced active product development issues by 68 percent. Prior to OSI, Sutter held various product management and service positions with Allergan Humphrey/Datamedic, Pete Marwick Mitchell and EDS. Sutter received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley. |
John K. Brown
Vice President of Development
John K. Brown is vice president of development at Meridian Systems. Brown oversees the software development of the company's technical vision and helps bring Meridian's successful project management solutions across multiple enterprise markets. As a seasoned software designer and program manager, Brown provides strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for the development teams that create Meridian's award-winning Prolog®, ProjectTalk® ASP. Prior to joining Meridian, Brown worked with Bell Northern Research (now Nortel Networks, NYSE/TSX: NT) and Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE:TXN), implementing, designing and managing technology development projects. His professional career with strong software development companies continued while working with MPR Teltech, Hughes Aircraft (now Raytheon Aircraft Company), and as a software designer and special projects manager for Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT). Bringing a strong understanding of management, resource and software-delivery challenges, Brown has for the last 5 years developed and supported Proliance, an enterprise solution for optimizing the Plan, Build and Operate phases of real estate, construction, and other physical infrastructure projects and programs. Brown is a graduate of Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, and holds an honors Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science.
