Meridian Project Systems to Lease Prime Folsom Office Site

Meridian to move to 40,000-Square-Foot Space at Iron Point Business Park

(SACRAMENTO, CA July 24, 2000) - On the heels of $13 million in venture capital funding, Meridian Project Systems (Meridian) has announced today that it will lease nearly 40,000 square feet of prime office space in Iron Point Business Park in Folsom. Meridian, headquartered in Sacramento, is the leading provider of Internet and software solutions to the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.

"I am delighted to welcome Meridian to the list of high quality technology and financial tenants at Iron Point Business Park," said Mike Metzger, President of Capital Builders, Inc., the Developer/Owner of Iron Point. "Meridian impressed me from the outset with the professionalism of their management and staff. The Company represents the quality of tenant the project was designed to serve with a premier location and a multitude of amenities to attract and maintain the best employees."

Iron Point Business Park is a Class A, 214,000 square foot office park in Folsom, consisting of five buildings. Meridian is slated to occupy the entire third floor of the largest of the five buildings. The space will accommodate roughly 180 to 190 people.

"Over the past four years Meridian has had an astounding average growth rate of 154 percent a year," said John Bodrozic, President and Co-Founder of Meridian Project Systems. "To accommodate our rapid growth, we chose to move to Iron Point Business Park to put us in the thick of Sacramento's technology community. Iron Point is a desirable location because of the high tech image, accessibility, quality of business and personal life for our employees, and future growth plans in the Folsom area."

With the receipt of venture funding from Summit Partner's and secured new office location, Meridian will now concentrate on expanding domestic and global sales of ProjectTalk.com, Meridian' new project management Internet solution, as well as maintaining its leadership position with its software solutions sales.

Meridian plans to relocate to its new location at 1180 Iron Point Road in January 2001.
