Discounted room rates are now available at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. The conference rate is available until April 22, 2010, unless sold out sooner. Room Rates
$245.00 per night (Single/Double)
All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 6% sales tax, 10% occupancy tax).
All individual reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (Note: Hotel will charge an attendee’s credit card for one night’s stay prior to arrival). Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm local time. Check-out time is 11:00 am local time. Anyone checking out after 11:00 am local time may incur late charges. Special arrangements can be made for late check-outs based on availability, and/or luggage can be stored for individuals with later departures.
A daily resort fee, $15.00, will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities which at the time of check-in will include:
- Wired and wireless high-speed internet access
- Fitness Center access
- Designated complimentary in-room beverages
- Daily newspaper
- Local and toll free 800 telephone calls (20 minutes per call)
Transportation & Directions
Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and within a 45-minute drive from Dulles and Baltimore Washington International Airports. Shuttle service and car service are available from either airport to the hotel. Hertz is a Gaylord Hotels preferred partner for car rentals. And for a unique day trip, take a water taxi across the Potomac to historic Old Town Alexandria.
