Stanford University Medical Center – Proliance Implementation & Cognos Reporting
This session will discuss Stanford’s company environment, business issues, and management initiatives in conjunction with how they developed an innovative approach for their Proliance On Demand implementation. Included in this approach, Stanford addressed performance issues, cost and resource constraints, and data quality through a self hosted Proliance environment to improve their management reporting. They also modified many of their internal business processes, Proliance procedures, and user training methods. Integral to delivering their solution was the customization of their Proliance tools and implementing additional reporting options. Business intelligence and analytics are now delivered more timely to Stanford’s project managers and other stakeholders through enhanced SQL and Cognos technologies.
