Austin Commercial Leverages Integration Between Prolog and Adenium DFS to Save Big Managing Project Documents

Adenium Systems offers Document Fulfillment System (DFS) solutions

Austin Commercial, a nationally-ranked general contractor based in Dallas, Texas a Prolog customer, was in search of a solution to better manage their project documents. Project documents needed to be quickly indexed and entered into Prolog in order for Austin Commercial to create bid packages and distribute documents to meet its owner’s request. Austin also needed to provide the owner with a complete document archive at the end of each project. The solution they selected was Adenium’s Document Fulfillment System (DFS) Contractor with ReproMax services. More details at the above link. 

Increase in Construction Costs Forecasted for the First Quarter of 2006

Dallas-based Turner Corp., the nation's leading general builder, recently announced that construction costs in the first quarter of 2006 are projected to increase over the fourth quarter of 2005. According to the Turner Building Cost Index, the first quarter 2006 index will rise to 766, showing a 2.68-percent increase over the fourth quarter 2005 index of 746 and a 10.85-percent increase over the first quarter 2005 index of 691.
