See What's Being Talked About on the Prolog Blog

Meridian launches new blog, an ongoing mix of observations, insights and analysis on Prolog and project management in the construction industry

Read observations from Phil Greer (Director of Prolog Product Management) on email and project management software..."One of the themes that seemed to emerge from the Prolog feature survey was collaboration.  (Of course, this was no big surprise, since ‘collaboration’ has been one of the major buzzwords in business and project management software over the last 5 years). In fact, the top 3 most highly ranked survey items all were related, in some way, to email. Email has become one of the more common, if not the most common forms of asynchronous communication among the project team." Read Phil's complete post on the new Prolog Blog, and then add your comments to his post.

My Way or the Highway

By Harry E. Chambers, guest columnist and workplace expert, Projects@Work.com

There are effective strategies for dealing with micromanagers, and none are about trying to change the culprit. Instead, you can defuse their overbearing, counterproductive behaviors. And if you're guilty of micromanaging, too, take heed before it compromises your ability to lead.
