Important Notice Regarding Daylight Savings Time and Meridian Solutions
Daylight savings time – March 11, 2007

Due to the US Energy Policy Act of 2005, daylight savings time will start on March 11th, 2007, three weeks earlier than usual.

Meridian solutions will not be impacted by this change. Our hosted offerings, ProjectTalk®  and Proliance® On Demand, have or will have all the necessary patches applied to the infrastructure before March 11th, 2007.

Many Microsoft Windows products must be updated to support this change. The following links include more information on this topic:

The Vela Software Suite uses the Tablet PC platform to automate construction field operations for Prolog software users 

Meridian Systems announced a new technology alliance with Vela Systems, Inc., developers of mobile software solutions that streamline and accelerate construction field operations via Tablet PCs. The Vela Software Suite extends Meridian’s Prolog® Manager software functionality to the field and expands on that functionality to automate specific project management processes. Meridian Announces New Management Appointments
Meridian appoints Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager

Meridian is pleased to announce changes within the Product Line Management department. Karim Nanji has been promoted to the Product Manager for the Prolog Product Line and Steve Schneider has been promoted to Product Marketing Manager. In simple terms, Karim is responsible for getting Prolog products on the shelf (requirements, design, development, QA) and Steve is responsible for getting them off the shelf (marketing, sales, partner, training).  Meet with Karim and Steve at the 2007 Meridian User Conference, April 24-26, in San Diego, CA. Product Tip of the Month - Proliance

Proliance:  Setting Custom Nomenclature

Proliance 3.60 introduces User Licensing and Login Data Reporting to provide access to a number of reports detailing license usage, as well as successful user log-ins for your Proliance Application.   These reports are created in Microsoft Excel format, and Proliance will allow you to either open the report in a new Excel window, or save it to a location of your choosing. These reports are available within the Organization workspace under the Reports menu to any user who has been granted the "License & Login Reporting" security role.
