Meridian Systems Enhances Online Forum for its Construction Project Management Software Users

New features include improved layout, multimedia functionality and direct user messaging

FOLSOM, Calif. (July 20, 2011) – Meridian Systems, the Plan-Build-Operate technology solutions leader for project-based organizations, launched today an enhanced user forum. As part of the company’s SupportLink technical support website, Meridian customers will now experience an improved site layout, multimedia functionally, and an enhanced messaging function that allows Prolog® and Proliance® software users to more effectively direct their technical questions and connect with other Meridian customers and partners.  

“These enhancements improve the online knowledge-sharing experience for our customers,” said JR Hamel, director, operations, ASG and support services, Meridian Systems. “With a growing base, this virtual community is a great place for customers, partners and Meridian staff to share project management best practices and common product questions and tips.”

The enhanced user forum now offers an improved layout where users can quickly see news and the status of their discussion threads. In addition, multimedia functionality has been added so users can share videos and other multimedia files. And finally, with the enhanced messaging, users can easily connect with other forum members.

Access to SupportLink is available to Meridian customers with active support and maintenance agreements. SupportLink features product downloads as well as all product documentation, product release readme files and installation guides, and regularly issued technical bulletins and support alerts in one central location. The Web-based user forum houses online discussions and user-generated content that serves all Meridian solutions users. This forum is continuously moderated by Meridian staff and is designed to be a central place for Prolog and Proliance software users and partners to collaborate and support one another.
