Product Deployment Process

The Product Deployment Process (PDP) was designed for the organization replacing one or more existing project control systems with the desire to move to an enterprise solution for consistency in process and work flow. The ideal candidates for the PDP implementation strategy is an organization with strong IT skills, dedicated resources and a background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development. Delivered in seven phases, the PDP process will take you from project kick-off to live optimized usage with the following results:

  • Proliance installed and running optimally, with your IT department understanding how the systems scales and operates.
  • Internal Power Users understand the application functionality.
  • Your Proliance administrator knows how to configure and administer Proliance.
  • Your team understands the extendibility of Proliance, integrations, and DB Views.
  • Meridian works with your Project Manager to lead a full implementation discovery. Meridian configuration templates are shared and leverage to document
  • Your team is ready to implement Proliance to meet your organization’s business objectives.
