Certification Process
The Prolog Certification process is completed in 2 parts. Part 1 consists of a written product knowledge test that is taken through the online Meridian University. A passing score of 85% is required before proceeding to Part 2. The written exam consists of approximately 100 questions in the following areas:
- Setup and Configuration
- Purchasing
- Cost Control
- Document Control
- Field Administration
Part 2 is a live “hands on” exam. This portion is conducted via a WebEx® session. You will be asked to complete several tasks using Prolog Manager Version 7. Checkpoints will be done periodically through out the exercise. This exam is facilitated by a Meridian Systems Support Analyst and is 1-2 hours in length. Areas of demonstrated proficiency include:

- Document Control
- Purchasing
- Cost Control Setup
- Cost Control Process
- Report Manager
To become certified, a passing score of 85% must be achieved in both the written and hands on exam.
